The Livingston County community is coming together to support the arrival and display of FREEDOM IS NEVER FREE WORLD WAR ii & KOREAN WAR TRAVELING MEMORIAL.
COMING TO THE LIVINGSTON COUNTY AIRPORT IN JULY 2019
“Here Marks the Price of Freedom”
The Connect Five Veterans Foundation with the help of the Disabled American Veterans Chapter 125 and Auxiliary Unit 125 are proud to announce an historic visit of both World War II and Korean War Traveling Memorial replica’s to Livingston and the surrounding communities, we are rxtremely fortunate to have been able to secure both iconic and educational memorials and bring them to the our community for display at the same event.
These powerful memorials pay tribute and honor to the sacrifices made by “The Greatest Generation” of World War II veterans and to the service of the veterans who fought the “Forgotten War” in Korea. All are welcome to join us as the memorials will be available for viewing 24hr a day (rain or shine) during its visit to our community. Planned daily tributes and scheduled events will be part of the visit. Mobile museum with World War II and Korean War artifacts will also be available for viewing and educational opportunities.
